One of our most recent 'old favourites' is Rainbow Mist, a horse we had a lot of fun with in 2016 as a two-year-old, winning his debut before going on to win at York. He ran a fantastic race at Chantilly, France, before being sold to continue his racing career in Japan.
Young Windsor won a race at Catterick but is much better suited to life in his new home, where he is even ridden by a little girl. A lovely, kind horse.
Show Boat is doing well in the showing field with his new owner, who plans to do dressage with him during the winter.
Alaskan Spirit was one of Kodiac's first season horses to reach a rating of 100. He won two races at two & was "well sold" to race in Hong Kong.
Won ten for the yard, on the flat, over hurdles and over fences. A real character.
A lovely, versatile horse who won twice over hurdles, twice on the all-weather and on the turf. In fact, he even won a charity race at Doncaster under Ann! Bought cheaply for about £1500 as a yearling, he was certainly a good buy. He was later "well sold" and continued ot race until he was about seven.
A winner of 5 races (6 if you include a charity race at Newcastle) Hel's Angel was well bought at 5,500€.
She sadly died of colic earlier last year, but not before producing two fillies, 3yo Heaven Scent (2 yr old flat winner & 3 yr old hurdle winner on debut) and A Bit Of Ginger (3 yr old currently in training with Ann).
Jessie won on debut at Leicester and backed up that form when an impressive winner of the Ripon Hornblower 2 weeks later.
A 14 k yearling bought by Ann, she won 18 races in all throughout her career & was a tremendous stalwart for the yard.
He joined us from Dandy Nicholls having won one race. He went on to win 9 for us, including the John Smith's champion mile race at Redcar. His rating went from 51 - 84 and he won just shy of £80k in prize money.
Another good yearling purchase by Ann. Bought for just 11k she won four races as a two year old including at York & Ascot where she won the Watership down two year old stakes. She amassed 150k prize money as a juvenile.
Melody of Love was Ann's first ever runner in a Group race and won impressively. She was an impressive winner of her maiden and was second in the Ripon Champion Two Yrs Old Tropphy (Listed Race).
