 Dale and Anticipate

It’s a little too soon to get excited about spring, but the presence of blue skies and sunshine accompanying the horses coming back into work has us dreaming of lighter mornings, warmer days and the impending turf season. The winter provides the horses with a much-needed period of rest, with many on the go for the majority of 2019 they earn the right to chill out and bulk up! With the increase in workload, we are on the lookout for a new team member. The ideal candidate would have experience riding racehorses (though we’d still love to hear from you if you’re experienced in another equestrian discipline) and be confident handling (often young) thoroughbreds. We’d like to take on a full-time member of staff but we’re also in desperate need of weekend staff, so if you or someone you know,  is available for some Saturday and Sunday work please get in touch. We’re very lucky to be based in a gorgeous part of the world with a range of top-class facilities all on site.

The last of our breakers are almost ready to be backed, Laura is busy clipping again as most have regrown their winter coats and we’re looking forward to meeting some members of a new syndicate to the yard next week.
