We've got two exciting new additions to the yard, sourced from the breeze up sales earlier in the week. First up, a lovely filly by Showcasing. See her breezing below. Out of 'Granola' this filly is half-sister to 'Brunch', a three year old filly who won recently for Michael Dodds and is currently rated 85 after only 4 starts.
Next up, a smashing colt by Awtaad purchased for Mr Jimmy Kay. Jimmy previously had horses with us for a number of years so it's great to welcome him back. This colts dam, ' Scatina', was winner of a group 2 in Germany over 1m3f and finished runner up in two group 3 races.
We were pleased with the recent runs of debutant 'She'saheart', who shaped promisingly when taking on a field of boys at Thirsk, 'Quercus' who ran a nice race on his seasonal reapperance at Catterick over a trip we feel is probably a bit sharp for him at that track, and of course 'Bibbidibobbidiboo' who backed up her previous effort when finising second at Mussleburgh. Hopefully a win is just around the corner...
