Yesterday the post man delivered the long awaited work visas for our new lads so this morning three of them set to work after a boring few days, holed up in their digs with nothing to do. Thankfully they fitted in really well. Two more lads arrive on Saturday and Mac, our sixth new member of staff starts his job on Monday.

Colm's trip to Sedgefield yesterday was both eventful and successful! His horse looked like having no chance but managed to get up on the line to win despite blundering at the last hurdle, resulting in Colm losing his irons and showing us all how good he would have been in pony club as a kid, clinging on to ensure the horse won regardless. Apparently he landed one lucky punter more than 85k in the process! Watch the video here

While our new log cabin website managed to go live yesterday to excellent feedback and reviews, the ADR (racing) site is still having the final touches added. The owners login section is the last thing to be completed and we are trying to get all our lovely owners uploaded and ready to go. I can only hope it works the way we intend it to. We are thrilled with The Smarter Web companies work on both the sites and welcome any comments you might have.

Birrafun, who ran a really encouraging debut for Middleham Park Racing this evening.
