Middleham Park Racing were in at 9 on the dot to see their two-year-old 'Dragon Pulse' colt working on the gallops. He went really nicely on what was only his fourth time quickening upsides and the report from George was good (can be seen below). With only a 5% share remaining, it wouldn't be a surprise to see SOLD next to his name very soon. He is very much a two year old type and will eb out early.

Other two year olds working this morning included fillies by Dragon Pulse, Lilbourne Lad and Canford Cliffs, as well as colts by Dragon Pulse, Harbour Watch and Foxwedge. A dozen of the older horses also stepped on a bit too, up the main hill gallop.

We have just replaced the old heart monitor sleeves for new ones and although the older ones were mostly working they were showing signs of wear and tear and giving us some odd information.

Roll on the flat season........
