Terrible news today that the wonderful character, the most brave and sweet little boy, Bradley Lowery, has lost his battle with cancer at only six years old. Bradley's story and infectious grin touched the nation and our thoughts go out to his family at what is surely an unbelievably devastating time. Rest In Peace Bradley.

It's hard to follow up such a story with something positive, but we have had our own little ray of sunshine at Sun Hill in the form of Year 10 school student Ellie, who for the past couple of weeks has been here on work experience. She has done really well and today completed her last morning of the fortnight long placement. We have throughly enjoyed having her around and I think the feeling is mutual as we will be seeing more of her during the summer holidays.

Three runners head to Beverley tomorrow; Shades Of Mist, Magic Pulse and Duke Of Freedom, all of which are owned by Craig Buckingham. Craig is big into his racing and has horses at several yards across the country, both flat and jumps, and to celebrate 'Stable Staff Week' and to show his appreciation of the staff that care so well for his horses, he entered the names of all the staff at the respective yards, into a draw. The two winners received a cash prize of £250.00 - isn't that fantastic? We were delighted to hear that our Issey was one of the lucky winners and she is absolutely over the moon!
