Headman James is a powerhouse. He has taken on the steam cleaning of two of the barns almost entirely himself, starting at the crack of dawn and finishing long after everything is fed and rugged up for the evening. He is ultra reliable and makes a really good job of getting every nook and cranny thoroughly clean. Something that seems extra important at the moment.

With quite a few two-year-olds yet to run, we've been doing a lot of stalls work this week. Two runners tomorrow, Peach Pavlova heads to Beverley while Kylie Rules will run at Doncaster and looks to build upon an encouraging debut.

The two breeze-up horses have new owners and we can't wait to see them on the track asap.

Plans for a staff and owner party is underway and looks set to be a good night, there's certainly lots of characters on the guest list. Owners, keep an eye on your inboxes, you'll be getting an email soon!
