The Cottages
Sun Hill Cottage:
The largest of our two cottages, with a large entrance hall to kick off the walking boots after a long relaxing walk in the fresh air of the Yorkshire Dales, before you enter the well equipped kitchen, housing an oil-fired Aga and a full range of kitchen appliances. There is a separate dining area and a warm cosy sitting room, accessed through an old stone archway, with panoramic views from the patio doors which lead out onto the beautifully kept secluded garden, a delightful place to sit by the stream and watch the sunset, or in the winter months, enjoy the view of the snow covered hills whilst keeping warm with the glow from the fire. The cottage sleeps four people comfortably in two bedrooms, one a double and one twin, both have en-suite facilities, and there is also a cloakroom downstairs.
The Palins:
The Palins is a one bedroom cottage with an ensuite shower room. It provides an open plan living / kitchen area and is perfect for a cosy retreat for two. It can also be booked in conjunction with Sun Hill cottage if more space is required.
