Home ten pm from Newmarket, after being underbidder for a very nice Cockney Rebel filly who, it turns out was bought by one of our own owners, "Phil Cunningham" via his former trainer Geoff Hubbard who also happened to train the sire Cockney Rebel for Phil too. It was disappointing not to get her but I was pleased to see the winning bid

As we headed South for today’s breeze up sales in previously parched Newmarket, the heavy rain followed us. At least the North is dry, for now while the South get some much needed water.
